Spanning over 1,600 square feet, this spacious venue boasts a bright, open floor plan that allows for endless creativity and customization. The studio includes a small kitchenette, providing convenience for your catering needs. With its versatile layout, it serves as the perfect blank canvas for a wide range of themes and events, making it an ideal choice for weddings, corporate gatherings, parties, and more. The rental fee is $875 (Monday-Thursday)
$1300 (Friday-Sunday)
plus a refundable $250 security deposit
This includes:
~7-hour rental period (2 hours for setup, 4 hours for the event, and 1 hour for teardown)
~Small Kitchenette
~Tables (rectangular or round),
~up to 50 clear ghost chairs
~Bluetooth speaker, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
We now offer extended event times with all late-night events needing to conclude by 11 PM for an additional $300, which covers security. Please note that all teen events require security regardless of the end time.
To secure your date, a $350 deposit is required, with the balance due one week before your event. We look forward to hosting your event.
